消息面上，近期，量化派旗下羊小咩商城陷争议。据新黄河报道，记者调查发现，这款看似常规的电商平台，背后暗藏关联主体协作、商品高溢价、隐秘套现等多重问题，其业务模式与量化派从助贷向电商的转型历程紧密交织。报道指，羊小咩商城被嵌套在“额度方”便荔卡包App内，用户甚至不用实际收到商品，就能通过回收商操作实现“购物即套现”。
据悉，“羊小咩商城作为量化派旗下核心电商平台，自2020年11月起涵盖各类零售商品。据量化派披露，截至2025年5月31日，羊小咩贡献了量化派98.1%的收入。2024年及2025年前5个月，羊小咩的平均月活跃用户分别为96万及93万。
