智通财经APP讯，万国黄金集团(03939)发布公告，于2020年4月30日，本集团完成收购祥符金岭有限公司(AXF Gold Ridge Pty Limited)的77.78% 权益，其拥有位于所罗门群岛的金矿(金岭矿)的90%权益，集团在该矿场进行开采。本集团已于2022年11月开始试产。此外，于2024年10月9日本集团完成收购祥符金岭有限公司的另外的 20.22%权益，从而本集团拥有祥符金岭有限公司的 98%权益及金岭矿的88.2%实际权益。
根据独立顾问公司SLR顾问有限公司(SLR Consulting Ltd)(SLR)编制的金岭矿矿产资源估算(资源估算)及矿石储量估算(储量估算)，截至2025年12月31日止，该矿区矿产资源量为1297万盎司黄金(相当于403.4公吨)及矿石储量为777.7万盎司黄金(相当于241.9公吨)，对比截至2024年12月31日止，该矿区矿产资源量为721.7万盎司黄金(相当于224.5公吨)及矿石储量为119.6万盎司黄金(相当于37.2公吨)，分别增加了79.7%和550.1%。
