记者从张家口中油金鸿天然气有限公司获悉，3月16日至4月15日，将对市区使用管道天然气、管道液化气且符合低保和特困条件的用户发放气费补贴。
发放对象：持有《最低生活保障证》或《特困人员救助供养证》的燃气用户
办理时间：3月16日至4月15日期间，工作日每天8:40—11:40，14:10—17:00
办理地点：清水河南路31号燃气公司客服大厅
根据张发改价格【2023】345号《张家口市发展和改革委员会关于启动联动机制调整市中心城区居民管道天然气销售价格的通知》文件要求，符合规定的低收入人群用气（购气）量在300立方米内的按0.76元/立方米进行补贴；
用气（购气）量在301立方米至1000立方米之内的低收入用户按0.48元/立方米进行补贴；
用气（购气）量在1001立方米及以上的低收入用户按0.66元/立方米进行补贴。符合规定的管道液化气用户按7.5元/立方米补贴。
需注意的是，领取补贴的用户所持《最低生活保障证》或《特困人员救助供养证》必须与燃气收据地址一致。通过微信、支付宝缴费的普表用户符合条件的需提供用户号。同时，城市低保、特困户、军人优抚对象凭有效证件和燃气收据还可办理2025年度已交垃圾处理费的退费。
