智通财经APP讯，北京能源国际(00686)公布，该集团于2025年取得综合溢利净额约人民币3000万元，其中公司权益持有人应占综合亏损净额约人民币1.4亿元。相比之下，2024年则取得综合溢利净额人民币5.57亿元，其中公司权益持有人应占综合溢利净额人民币8600万元。
本年度，该集团继续专注于发电站及其他清洁能源项目的开发、建设、营运及管理。于2025年12月31日，该集团及其联营公司实益拥有的发电站总并网装机容量约为15.29吉瓦，较2024年12月31日的总并网装机容量增加约13%，预期集团于本年度的收入增加约10%–11%。
董事会认为与2024年度相比，公司本年度综合溢利净额及公司权益持有人应占综合溢利净额预期下降，乃主要由于：(1)受到市场环境影响，公司的限电损失电量增加，叠加平均上网电价下降，综合导致平均每千瓦时上网电量的盈利空间降低;(2)由于新能源发电行业相关税收政策发生调整，且部分项目享受的所得税优惠政策逐步到期，导致所得税开支增加。综上原因导致当期溢利净额下降。
