消息面上，申万宏源指出，据钢联数据，上周全国育肥公牛出栏价格为25.75元/kg，环比上涨0.03%；犊牛均价为34.27元/kg，环比+1.1%。据农业农村部，3月5日主产区生鲜乳均价3.03元/kg，周环比持平，较节前小幅下跌0.01元/kg。该行看好2026年牧业迎来“肉奶共振”的周期拐点，春节后犊牛价格有望先行开启趋势性上涨，建议关注优然牧业、现代牧业。
