兴证圆融-广州医药应收账款 5-9 期资产支持专项计划资产支持证券符合上交所的挂牌转让条件，上交所对其挂牌转让无异议。兴证圆融-广州医药应收账款 5-9 期资产支持专项计划资产支持证券采取分期发行方式，均适用非续发型资产支持证券发行，总额不超过 30 亿元。首期发行应当自《无异议函》出具之日起 12 个月内完成。《无异议函》自出具之日起 24 个月内有效。
