智通财经APP获悉，翼辰实业(01596)盈喜后一度涨逾76%，截至发稿，涨60.71%，报0.9港元，成交额1494.12万港元。
消息面上，3月13日，翼辰实业发布公告，预期集团将取得截至2025年12月31日止年度合并净利润约人民币3.34亿元。这与截至2024年12月31日止年度(2024财年)取得的合并净亏损约人民币5770万元相比，转亏为盈。
董事会认为，集团财务表现的预期改善主要由于2025财年内集团铁路扣件系统产品发货量增加及原材料采购价格下降。因此，集团收入由2024财年约人民币10.91亿元增加至2025财年约人民币16.67亿元，增长约人民币5.76亿元或约52.8%。集团于2025财年的毛利增加约人民币3.31亿元，增长约130.8%。
该等增长亦与中国铁路基础设施投资的持续增长一致。据中国国家铁路局公布的数据，于2025年，全国铁路固定资产投资完成额达到约人民币9015亿元，同比增长约6.0%，投产新线约3109公里，包括高铁约2862公里。
