Tri Chemical Laboratories' Profit Gains 11% in Fiscal 2026

Tri Chemical Laboratories' (TYO:4369) profit attributable to owners of the parent gained 11% to 5.51 billion yen for fiscal 2026 from 4.96 billion yen a year earlier.

The semiconductor and optic fiber maker's basic earnings per share increased to 169.72 yen from 152.69 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.

Net sales jumped 26% to 23.9 billion yen for the full year ended Jan. 31 from 18.9 billion yen in the prior year.

It declared a final dividend of 35.00 yen per share for the fiscal year ended Jan. 31, payable from April 28.

For fiscal 2027, the company expects attributable profit of 4.6 billion yen, basic EPS of 141.55 yen, and net sales of 27.0 billion yen.

Tri Chemical Laboratories plans to pay a year-end dividend of 35.00 yen per share for the current year, unchanged from the year-ago period.
