Goldman Sachs Lowers 10-Year German Bund Yield Forecast -- Market Talk

Dow Jones

0614 GMT - Goldman Sachs analysts lower their forecast for the year-end level of the 10-year German Bund yield, they say in a note. The analysts adjusted their forecasts "as growth-driven yield increases are now less likely," they say. Their new year-end target for the 10-year Bund yield is 3.0% versus 3.25%, previously. The analysts add that market is right to price some risk of European Central Bank interest-rate hikes, but the global dimension to downside growth risks will limit hawkish pricing beyond December 2026.
