天眼查App显示，四川华美紫馨整形外科医院有限公司成立于2008年6月，法定代表人为林国强，注册资本1000万人民币，经营范围包括医疗服务、医疗美容服务、生活美容服务、第二类增值电信业务等，由美莱医学美容集团有限公司、厦门华医馆投资有限公司等共同持股。天眼风险信息显示，2025年10月，该公司因广告中出现违规内容，被成都高新区市场监督管理局罚款，此外，2024年10月，该公司因违反《广告法》相关规定，被四川省市场监督管理局罚款3万元。
