Q & M Dental (Singapore) Provides M&A Progress Update

Q & M Dental (Singapore) (SGX:QC7) provided an update on its mergers and acquisitions across Australia, Thailand, Singapore and China, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the dental company were down nearly 2% in Monday trading.

The company is currently undertaking a due diligence exercise for a potential strategic investment in Australia. The entity has a network of more than 40 clinics.

In Thailand, the company is conducting a similar exercise, as it looks to meet the country's demand for aesthetic and higher value dental services.

In Singapore, the company is involved in a transaction which is supported by a profit guarantee of up to SG$34 million over a period of five years.

Meanwhile in China, the company is looking to progressively increase its stake in subsidiary, Aoxin Q & M Dental (SGX:1D4).
