智通财经APP获悉，云锋金融(00376)今早曾涨近18%，上一交易日一度涨超10%，最终收涨逾3%。截至发稿，涨13.45%，报3.12港元，成交额1.01亿港元。
消息面上，耀才证券金融于上周五股价大升近34%后，今早宣布短暂停牌，原因有待公布。值得关注的是，耀才证券金融此前曾公告与蚂蚁集团方面签订了修订协议，将要约收购的最终截止日期延长至2026年3月25日。香港证监会已于早前完成相关审批程序。目前市场正密切关注中国国家发改委的审批进度。
据悉，2015年，阿里巴巴创始人马云参与创立的云锋基金，通过控股附属公司JadePassion以26.8亿港元的价格认购香港上市券商瑞东集团56%股权，实现借壳上市。云锋金融拥有香港证监会1、4、6、9号金融服务牌照，可以提供证券交易、证券咨询、机构融资咨询、资产管理等服务。
