智通财经APP获悉，据知情人士透露，上海曦智科技股份有限公司(简称：曦智科技)计划在香港进行IPO，最快今年将启动上市。或成为港股“AI光电通讯算力第一股”。
据悉，曦智科技作为一家全球领先的光电混合算力提供商，主要为客户提供一系列算力跃迁解决方案，以光子矩阵计算(oMAC)、片上光网络(oNOC)和片间光网络(oNET)三大核心技术出发，打造光子计算和光子网络两大产品线，持续为客户提供更具创造性的高效算力支撑。
公开信息显示，曦智科技共完成五轮融资，总金额或超过18亿元，投资方包括上海科创基金、腾讯、百度风投、中科创星、经纬中国、红杉资本、沙特阿美P7等机构，公司整体估值已超过10亿美元(约合人民币72亿元)。
其中，2025年9月，曦智科技完成规模超15亿元人民币的C轮融资。该轮融资吸引了中国移动旗下基金、上海国投、国新基金、浦东创投等投资机构参与，老股东中科创星、沂景资本、腾讯等继续追加投资。
