智通财经APP获悉，氢能概念拉升，截至发稿，京城机电股份(00187)涨5.49%，报5.19港元；国富氢能(02582)涨5.12%，报32港元；亿华通(02402)涨2.95%，报24.44港元。
消息面上，工业和信息化部、财政部、国家发展改革委发布关于开展氢能综合应用试点工作的通知。其中指出，到2030年，城市群氢能在多元领域实现规模化应用，终端用氢平均价格降至25元/千克以下，力争在部分优势地区降至15元/千克左右；全国燃料电池汽车保有量较2025年翻一番，力争达到10万辆。通过应用规模扩大，推动氢能应用技术、工艺、装备创新突破，实现燃料电池、电解槽、储运装置和材料等迭代升级，推动氢能成为新的经济增长点，支撑实现经济社会发展全面绿色转型。
华泰证券此前研报指出，2026年政府工作报告提出“培育氢能、绿色燃料等新增长点”，“十五五”规划亦将氢能提升至“未来产业”战略高度，此外全球船运、航空碳排管控政策亦逐步收紧，海内外政策共振下氢能或迎来非线性增长拐点。看好绿氢需求放量下，国内项目运营商、氢氨醇设备供应商、电解槽供应商有望受益。
