智通财经APP讯，致丰工业电子(01710)发布公告，集团预期截至2025年12月31日止年度取得公司拥有人应占亏损不超过3800万港元，而2024年度公司拥有人应占溢利为约860万港元。
预期亏损主要是由于以下原因：(i)集团的收益下跌，乃由于在宏观经济不确定因素(包括相对高的利率环境、持续地缘政治紧张局势及经修订美国关税政策的实施)下，欧洲市场对集团的智能售卖系统、智能充电器、开关电源及机电产品的需求减弱;(ii)与集团电子制造服务(EMS)销售团队及海外业务的重组、扩张及优化有关的行政开支增加，此为集团整体业务战略改革的关键驱动因素，旨在制造更多高附加值产品及开发高利润贡献的新客户;(iii)作为集团整体业务战略改革一部分，与新兴市场新能源领域开发新业务项目相关的营运成本增加。
