加密财富管理平台 Abra 周一表示，在投资者重新对数字资产公司产生兴趣之际，该公司计划通过与空白支票公司 New Providence Acquisition Corp III 合并实现上市。

　　交易完成后，合并后的公司将以 Abra 金融控股公司的名义运营，并预计在纳斯达克交易所挂牌上市。

• 本次交易基于 Abra 7.5 亿美元的上市前股权估值
• Abra 现有投资者（包括 Pantera Capital 和 Adams Street）将 **100%** 的权益转入合并后的新公司
• Abra 创始人兼首席执行官 Bill Barhydt 在采访中表示：“对我们而言，这只是顺理成章的下一步。我们相信未来几年将迎来重大发展与增长。”
• Abra 为注册投资顾问、私人客户、家族办公室及对冲基金提供加密资产托管、交易与借贷服务，自身亦为注册投资顾问
• 2024 年，Abra 与美国证券交易委员会（SEC）达成和解。SEC 此前指控该公司的借贷产品 Abra Earn（现已关停）应作为证券进行注册
• 同样在 2024 年，Abra 与美国 25 个州的金融监管机构达成和解。这些州监管机构认定，Abra 在未取得必要牌照的情况下在当地开展业务
