智通财经APP讯，雅仕维(01993)发布公告，本公司近日获悉，有人冒用“雅仕维传媒”名义非法开发及营运虚假流动应用程式(APP)，疑似进行电讯网络诈骗。此外，部分不明实体于网上平台恶意散播虚假资讯，讹称本集团的流动应用程式为诈骗工具及以协助受害者追讨款项为由进行误导性操作(统称“涉嫌诈骗事项”)。
有见及此，本公司已委任盈科律师事务所(北京一间律师事务所)深圳分所，在一份中文公开声明(声明)中发出谴责或责难。
本公司强调，所有涉嫌诈骗事项均与本集团无关。本公司从未以“Asiaray”、“雅仕维传媒”或“雅仕维”或任何类似名称开发或营运任何涉及理财、刷单或任务返利的流动应用程式。此外，本集团未曾授权任何第三方从事任何上述活动。
本公司强烈建议大众提高警觉，防范电讯及网络诈骗，审慎分辨网上资料的真确性，亦切勿从未经核实的来源下载任何陌生流动应用程式。
