ChainCatcher 消息，Metaplanet 首席执行官 Simon Gerovich 发文表示，Metaplanet 拟通过多种渠道筹集约 7.65 亿美元资金，用于将比特币持仓量增加至 210,000 枚。具体筹资路径包括：通过向全球机构投资者定向增发新股筹集约 2.55 亿美元（溢价 2%），并搭配溢价 10% 的固定行使价权证，行使后可额外获得约 2.76 亿美元。
此外，Metaplanet 还发行了 1 亿份带有 mNAV 条款的移动行使价权证（MSW），行使条件为股价需高于 mNAV 的 1.01 倍，预计可再筹集 2.34 亿美元。Simon Gerovich 表示，该机制旨在确保每份增发的股份都能提升每股比特币持有量并增加股东价值。
