格隆汇3月16日丨正业国际(03363.HK)公告，集团预期于截至2025年12月31日止年度录得公司拥有人应占溢利约为人民币1200万元至人民币1600万元(2024年：溢利约人民币3640万元)。 此减少主要由以下原因所致。尽管纸制包装业务产品主要原材料原纸成本有所下降，但受贸易政策及关税因素不确定性的影响，集团原有家电客户包装业务订单减少。集团为拓展包装新业务亦带来相关设备投入及折旧费用增加，导致纸制包装业务整体毛利较去年同期下降。另一方面，集团造纸业务毛利较去年同期上升。然而，有关增长未能抵销纸制包装业务毛利的下降，因此集团整体毛利较去年同期录得下降。
