一名伊朗高级官员向CNN透露，伊朗正考虑允许有限数量的油轮通过霍尔木兹海峡，前提是所载石油货物须以某种货币进行交易。

　　该消息人士补充称，伊朗正制定一项新方案，用于管理通过该海峡的油轮通行，上述举措正是其中一环。

　　霍尔木兹海峡是全球能源运输的重要通道，市场对该海峡通行状况的担忧，已将油价推高至2022 年 7 月以来的最高水平——2022 年俄乌冲突之后。

　　联合国周五警告称，随着冲突持续，若限制船只通过海峡，将对人道主义援助工作产生巨大影响。

　　联合国负责人道主义事务的副秘书长汤姆・弗莱彻表示：“一旦船只无法通过霍尔木兹海峡，后果会迅速蔓延。食品、药品、化肥及其他物资的运输将变得更加困难，配送成本也会大幅上升。”
