根据备忘录，双方合作将围绕三个维度展开：技术层面，九紫新能计划深度整合 DCIP 技术栈，将链上自动化策略执行能力嵌入自身业务场景；业务层面，双方将联合开发围绕 DeFi、GameFi 及数字资产策略执行的产品与服务；生态层面，随着 DCIP 协议生态扩展，九紫新能将参与协议及周边生态的收益分成。
