智通财经APP讯，东江环保(00895)发布公告，内容有关公司为控股子公司绵阳东江环保科技有限公司向邮储银行申请人民币2.6亿元的贷款授信提供连带责任担保，并分别履行担保代偿责任。鉴于危废行业持续维持激烈竞争态势，绵阳东江投产后废物废料收运情况不达预期，处置价格持续下降，生产经营资金周转困难，无法按期偿还邮储银行相关款项。
由于绵阳东江仍无力偿还贷款，公司将根据保证合同相关约定，向邮储银行履行对绵阳东江借款的担保代偿责任人民币2133.55万元(为贷款本金及利息)。因履行担代偿责任形成对绵阳东江的应收债权，后续公司将推动绵阳东江加强市场收运、降低生产经营成本，促进绵阳东江提升经营业绩，并督促其尽快向公司清偿应收债权。
同时，公司已依据《反担保合同》相关约定，向反担保方发送《催款函》要求反担保方承担责任。公司保留提起诉讼或仲裁的权利，以保护公司及其股东的利益。
