智通财经APP讯，百福控股(01488)发布公告，集团截至2025年12月31日止年度预期录得净亏损约不多于人民币1000万元，相较于截至2024年12月31日止年度净亏损人民币2.58亿元。
董事会认为由上年净亏损大幅减少至本报告年度净亏损主要是由于本报告年度内(i)因无形资产减值和一家联营公司减值导致减值亏损减少约人民币1.1亿元;(ii)因一家联营公司于香港联合交易所有限公司主机板上市而确认的摊薄收益约人民币6600万元;(iii)部分处置一家联营公司投资收益约人民币4200万元;及(iv)应占联营公司溢利增加约人民币2600万元。
