智通财经APP讯，齐屹科技(01739)发布公告，集团预期截至2025年12月31日止年度取得公司权益持有人应占亏损净额介于人民币4000万元及7000万元，而2024年度公司权益持有人应占经审核亏损净额约为人民币1.27亿元。
集团亦预期2025年度取得公司权益持有人应占经调整净亏损(非国际财务报告准则计量)介于人民币1亿元至1.30亿元，而2024年度则取得公司权益持有人应占经审核经调整净亏损约人民币9400万元。
根据当前可得资料，集团2025年度的业绩主要受到国内房地产行业持续周期性调整的影响，导致集团国内业务复苏放缓。同时，集团国际业务年内实现快速增长，但仍处于投资及扩张阶段，因而产生暂时性亏损。
