　　企查查APP显示，近日，内蒙古西贝餐饮集团有限公司发生工商变更，新增林来嵘为股东，注册资本由约1.02亿元增至1.04亿元，今年1月20日，该公司注册资本由8990万元增至约1.02亿元。

　　此外，贾国龙、北京西贝企业管理有限公司等股东持股比例下降，贾国龙持股由约26.16%降至约25.60%。

　　内蒙古西贝餐饮集团有限公司成立于2017年10月，法定代表人为贾国龙，经营范围包含餐饮服务、食品生产、食品互联网销售、餐饮管理等，该公司现由北京西贝企业管理有限公司、贾国龙及上述新增股东等共同持股。
