智通财经APP讯，叙福楼集团(01978)发布公告，本集团预期于本回顾年度(截至2025年12月31日止年度)将取得股东应占溢利不多于200万港元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度股东应占亏损则约为3210万港元。
董事会认为，本回顾年度股东应占亏损转为溢利主要由于以下因素：1. 收入增加，得益于本集团持续致力于优化其餐厅网络，并通过引入新概念及品牌发展多元化品牌组合，支持本回顾年度内的收入增长;2. 经营成本下降，乃由于本回顾年度内有效的成本控制和运营效率措施。这些措施在维持并持续优先考虑为顾客提供优质食品和服务的的同时得以实施;及3. 于本回顾年度，与部分表现未达预期的分店相关的物业、厂房和设备及使用权资产的减值拨备减少。这一正面发展主要得益于本回顾年度本集团收入表现的改善。改善乃由于本集团积极优化其门店组合，果断调整表现未达预期的门店，并通过革新菜单以顺应不断变化的市场格局，以此提升客户体验及竞争力。
