据彭博新闻报导，软银集团支持的数字支付公司PayPay社长中山一郎在该公司上市首日后表示，不排除进行双重上市，在东京证券交易所挂牌的可能性。该公司的首次公开发行$(IPO)$筹得8.8亿美元资金。
PayPay的美国存托凭证（ADR）在纽约上涨13.5%，收于每股18.16美元，高于16美元的招股价，公司估值达到121亿美元。这是日本企业10年来在美国规模最大的IPO，对软银及其电信业务带来利好--二者合计持有PayPay的多数股份。
中山一郎在接受采访时表示，虽然目前在美国上市是PayPay实现增长所需要的，但公司将保持灵活态度，探索在本土市场进行类似上市的可能性。“我们完全没有排除这个选项，”他说。
