Addvalue Technologies (SGX:A31) set up a working team with external professional advisers to maximize the value of its inter-satellite data relay system (IDRS) business.
The initiative will include exploring several strategic options, such as partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on expanding opportunities in the US market, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
In fiscal 2026, the company secured multiple orders for its IDRS terminals worth $13.6 million.
Shares of the satellite communication solutions provider surged nearly 8% in Friday trading.
