金吾财讯 | 国民技术(02701)今日起招股，拟发行9500万股H股，其中10%为香港发售，90%为国际发售。每股发售价最高10.8港元，每手200股，入场费2181.78港元。股份预期将于2026年3月23日挂牌上市。中信证券为独家保荐人。此次集资净额预期约为9.44亿港元，拟将其中约50.8%将用于增强研发能力，开发新产品系列及提升产品性能，包括高性能MCU、多协议通信芯片、专业市场芯片、车规级芯片等；约9.2%将用于升级现有产品组合；约15%将用于开展战略投资及收购；约15%将用于偿还部分尚未偿还银行贷款；约10%将用于营运资金及其他一般公司用途。
