信利国际(00732.HK)于上周四(3月12日)发布公告，全资子公司信利光电以5.03亿元人民币收购信利(仁寿)高端显示科技有限公司(以下简称信利仁寿)的5.7143%股权。
按此交易价格计算，信利仁寿整体估值约为88亿元。
是次收购完成后，对信利仁寿的持股将从目前的29.69%增至约35.41%。
信利仁寿，成立于2017年，位于四川眉山仁寿县，作为一家高端液晶显示公司，主要以研发、生产及经营薄膜晶体管(TFT-LCD)液晶显示器及显示模块等半导体产品、平板电脑、智能可穿戴产品(智能电子手表、智能手环、智能眼镜等)及核心零部件等其他消费类电子产品。
