Marriott International (MAR) said late Friday it signed an agreement with Kemmons Wilson Hospitality Partners to assume management of operations of the Resort at Kapalua Bay in Hawaii.
The 146-residence facility is scheduled to join the St. Regis brand in 2027 following planned renovations, the company said.
