智通财经APP讯，巨匠建设(01459)发布公告，预计截至2025年12月31日止年度(本年度)，本集团取得人民币4200至5000万元的净亏损，而截至2024年12月31日止年度(上年度)则实现约人民币1370万元的净盈利。
董事会指出，预期由盈利转为亏损的主要原因包括：(i)本年度集团收入及毛利较上年度同期收入及毛利约人民币67.81亿元和2.78亿元分别下降约30.0%至40.0%，这主要是由于房地产市场整体低迷，本集团本年度新承建项目净值金额减少所致;(ii)由于未来应纳税所得额不足，导致某些递延所得税资产减记和不予确认，从而造成递延所得税费用增加。
