消息面上，深圳贝壳研究院发布的最新监测数据，今年2月其合作门店的二手房挂牌量较去年同期下降了3.3%。重庆市住建委发布的最新数据显示，商品住房成交量同比增长7.27%，成交价格同比增长0.3%，高品质“好房子”成交面积占比达到28%。
东方证券发布研报称，尽管节后交易行情有所降温，两会地产表述亦没有超预期，但从前瞻指标判断今年楼市小阳春行情确定性较高，叠加4月政治局会议仍有一定政策预期，政策博弈和基本面改善逻辑短期仍难以证伪，因此我们看好行业脉冲行情短期或仍可持续。
