Starjoy Wellness and Travel (HKG:3662) said Wang Jiren resigned as its chairman and president among other roles effective Monday due to personal family commitments, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.
The property manager, on the same day, named executive Director Liang Jinrong as its new chair.
