智通财经APP讯，旭辉控股集团(00884)发布公告，预期于截至2025年12月31日止年度，本公司股东权益应占净利润将约人民币170亿元至人民币190亿元(截至2024年12月31日止年度：股东权益应占净亏损约人民币70.76亿元)。预计的扭亏为盈主要得益于本公司于2025年12月29日完成并于该日公告的境外债务重组所产生的收益约人民币400亿元。排除该一次性收益的影响后，预计本集团截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得本公司股东权益应占核心亏损介乎约人民币75亿元至人民币90亿元(截至2024年12月31日止年度：人民币约58.25亿元)，主要由于可供确认收入的房地产项目竣工减少导致收入下降，以及市场下行导致毛利率下降所致。
于2025年，本集团通过境内外债务重组，显著优化债务结构，压降短期负债。于2025年12月31日，短债占比预计低于30%。同时，债务重组亦提升本集团的净资产规模，本集团于2025年12月31日的净负债率较2024年同比大幅下降。
