据巴基斯坦航运消息人士及船舶追踪数据显示，过去10天内，已有三艘巴基斯坦油轮驶过霍尔木兹海峡，这表明伊朗可能正为部分石油运输提供安全通行许可。

　　其中一名来自巴基斯坦国家航运公司（PNSC）的消息人士匿名透露，最近一艘驶过海峡的巴基斯坦油轮为“卡拉奇号”（Karachi）。

　　该消息人士称，此次安全通行“极有可能”是与伊朗方面协调安排的。

　　船舶追踪网站Marine Traffic的数据显示，这艘油轮于周日晚间紧贴伊朗海岸线驶过海峡。

　　Marine Traffic表示，该油轮当时航行在伊朗专属经济区内，并开启了船舶自动识别系统（AIS）信号，“这表明部分船只可能通过协商获得了安全通行许可”。

　　伊斯兰堡研究机构萨诺贝尔研究所执行主任Qamar Cheema表示，可以“有把握地认为”，巴基斯坦通过外交渠道与伊朗伊斯兰革命卫队达成协议，使其船只得以通行。

　　伊朗多次表示，霍尔木兹海峡仅对其敌人及其盟友的船只关闭。
