智通财经APP获悉，健康160(02656)再涨超10%，高见140.5港元刷新上市新高，自3月9日入通至今股价接近翻倍。而就在一个月前的2月11日，该股曾单日暴跌约30%，截至发稿，涨10.17%，报139.7港元，成交额1.27亿港元。
消息面上，健康160日前公布，公司董事会宣布，截至2025年12月31日，集团在数字医疗健康解决方案业务方面取得积极进展。2025年度，集团与82家公立二甲及以上医院达成“160AI医院”运营合作，较2024年增长超过720%。其中，2025年第四季度新增合作公立医院达52家，实现环比420%的增长。再早前，健康160还宣布依托“平台+AI智能体+运营”的一体化模式，正为医疗机构逐步部署“医疗数字员工”系统，推动以OpenClaw为代表的AI智能体在医疗场景的落地应用。
另值得注意的是，健康160下周将迎首发解禁。根据此前公告，Luo Holdings Limited（持股30.59%）的股份解禁分两阶段推进：第一阶段解禁截止日为2026年3月16日，第二阶段最后解禁日为2026年9月16日。
