智通财经APP讯，智算能建(01751)发布公告，于2026年3月6日，本公司全资附属公司景恒(大中华)有限公司(景恒)与Lik Yue Investment (Hong Kong) Co Limited(供应商)订立采购合作协议(采购协议)，供应商委任景恒为其在大中华区的燃气机组代理商，而景恒同意向供应商采购该等产品，以供本集团的智能运算能源工程项目之用。采购协议的期限约为30个月，自2026年3月6日起开始直至2028年9月5日，估计采购总值为人民币1亿元。
根据采购协议，景恒须于签订采购协议后10日内，向供应商支付1200万港元的预付款项(预付款项)。预付款项将用于抵销景恒根据采购协议所下达的未来采购订单而应付供应商的款项。倘自预付款项支付之日起六个月内未有下达具体采购订单，供应商须向景恒悉数煺还预付款项。预付款项属无担保、免息且无抵押性质。
董事认为，预付款项乃按正常商业条款订立，并于本集团的日常及一般业务过程中支付。
