智通财经APP讯，酷派集团(02369)发布公告，比对截至2024年12月31日止年度(前期)的本公司拥有人应占亏损约2.52亿港元，截至2025年12月31日止年度(2025财政年度)的本公司拥有人应占亏损金额预计约1.05亿港元至1.25亿港元。
公告称，2025财政年度预计的收入及毛利相比前期有所下降，主要由于：本集团在2025财政年度的收入相比前期减少约2.33亿港元，减少主要是由于智能手机市场的激烈竞争态势，为提升业务效益，本集团实施战略性调整，主动终止若干亏损及负毛利产品的经营;本集团在2025财政年度的毛利相比前期减少约1100万港元，减少主要是由于本集团秉承可持续发展理念并深化与租户之间的关系，对部分深圳物业的租户推行租金让利措施，以强化合作黏性，预期会为未来收益稳定性奠定基础。
