智通财经APP讯，中国口腔产业(08406)公布，于2026年3月16日，公司间接全资附属公司石狮市惠祥美管理咨询有限公司拟向吴谋毯收购石狮市新梭成龙织造有限公司全部注册股本，总代价为2160万港元，将透过发行约2.734亿股代价股份支付，每股代价股份0.079港元。
目标公司是一家专注于针织布的研发、生产和销售的纺织制造企业;拥有多项与针织布加工相关的专利技术，其主营产品为针织布(纺织产品针织布)，该产品广泛应用于服装、家纺等领域，主要针对的客户为服装制造、纺织品贸易等领域。
公告称，目标公司的业务为集团的上游业务。收购事项将加强供应链的稳定性及提升集团业务营运的成本控制，有助实现集团的协同效应及长远发展。
