Adobe's annual recurring revenue from AI was lighter than analysts had hoped, and the company said its chief executive is retiring. Shares slid 7% to $250.50 in after-hours trading Thursday.

Mission Produce swung to a loss, in part due to lower avocado prices. The stock declined 7% to $12.31 after the bell.

Buzzfeed issued a going concern warning and said it doesn't have funding to cover its cash obligations. Shares slid 9% to 65 cents.

Ulta Beauty guided for growth to slow as shoppers are still on the hunt for good deals. The stock shed 8% to $572.80.
