智通财经APP讯，中国北大荒(00039)发布公告，本公司于2026年3月13日接获刘小鹏先生，张家华先生，杨云光先生，及黄德勋先生(统称为“相关人士”)的四封辞任函。
于2026年3月13日，董事会已接获相关人士的四封辞任函。于辞任函中，相关人士声明，在不承认任何责任且不损害其在诉讼中的立场的情况下，彼等因个人原因不愿介入本公司事务，且倘法院裁定相关人士于2025年6月30日举行的董事会会议上获有效委任为董事，则彼等确认辞任有关董事职务。
鉴于辞任函及倘法院裁定相关人士最初获有效委任为董事，则各相关人士将自2026年3月13日(即本公司接获辞任函之日)起不再担任董事。
