意大利联合信贷银行宣布计划发起要约，将其在德国商业银行的持股比例提升至30%以上，但表示无意取得这家德国银行的控制权。

　　这家意大利银行周一表示，本次要约的换股比例将在未来几天由德国金融监管机构确定，预计比例为每股德国商业银行股份兑换0.485股意大利联合信贷银行股份，对应每股价格为30.80欧元，约合35.17美元。

　　根据金融数据提供商FactSet的股本数据，这一价格较德国商业银行上周五收盘价溢价4.1%，对该行的整体估值为349亿欧元。

　　意大利联合信贷银行表示，愿与德国商业银行及主要利益相关方展开对话、搭建沟通桥梁。该行目前持有德国商业银行约30%的股份，其中约26%为直接持股，4%通过金融合约持有。
