消息面上，近日，星太链集团发布公告，内容有关公司与Newbridge Acquisition Limited(Newbridge)订立日期为2026年2月27日的谅解备忘录，其涉及与Newbridge潜在合作事宜，以探讨订立涉及集团及╱ 或其资产或业务的特殊目的收购公司并购交易的机会(前谅解备忘录)。于2026年3月10日，公司已、Newbridge与Conflux Foundation(Conflux)订立谅解备忘录，以探讨涉及集团，Conflux以及╱或其各自资产或业务的特殊目的收购公司并购交易的机会。前谅解备忘录已于同日终止。
董事会相信，倘潜在交易完成，将代表集团一个重要的策略里程碑。与纳斯达克上市公司进行特殊目的收购公司并购交易，将为集团提供进入美国资本市场的途径，以支持集团业务发展及增长的集资举措。潜在交易的成功完成，亦是对集团的业务模式、发展策略及市场潜力的肯定，从而释放集团的内在价值。
