消息面上，华晨中国发盈警，预期截至2025年12月31日止年度的经审核除所得税开支前溢利将同比减少不超过50%。预期报告年度的经审核除所得税开支前溢利减少，主要是由于集团主要联营公司华晨宝马汽车有限公司的表现倒退及集团主要经营附属公司金杯(沈阳)汽车有限公司(于2025年下半年方复产)产生经营亏损所致。
尽管相比2024年，集团的预扣税于2025年减少不少于69%，惟集团仍预计期内的经审核除所得税开支后溢利将较2024年减少不超过40%。预期集团2025年的纯利将同比减少不超过40%，而2024年度录纯利约31.01亿元人民币。
