消息面上，开拓药业发布公告，全资附属公司与孚诺医药签订战略合作协议，双方将联合开发以开拓药业创新原料KT-939为核心的美白祛斑功效性化妆品，为皮肤色素沉着改善及黄褐斑治疗提供全新辅助方案。公司计划利用KT-939功效性化妆品原料业务所产生的现金流，为核心产品KX-826及GT20029及其他管线产品的开发及商业化提供资金支持。
值得注意的是，近日，开拓药业在投资平台表示，其自主研发的外用雄激素受体（AR）拮抗剂KX-826，1.0%酊剂治疗男性雄激素性脱发（AGA）的Ⅲ期临床顶线数据，将于2026年3月中下旬正式披露。凭借扎实的临床数据，KX-826成功获得国际化妆品成分INCI命名，成为合规化妆品原料。
