公告称，集团继续从事经营出租位于香港的已建成商业及住宅物业的业务。于2025年12月31日，集团投资物业的总市值约为3.31亿港元，较2024年减少约2.73亿港元。该减少主要是由于投资物业公平值净变动减少所致。集团的主要收入来源为集团投资物业产生的租金。截至2025年12月31日止年度的租金收入约为2120万港元，较2024年减少约21.0%。租金收入减少，主要是由于2025年给予租户的租金优惠较2024年更多所致。于2025年12月31日，集团投资物业的出租率为96.2%。
