Pro Medicus (ASX:PME) appointed Danny English, head of finance and company secretary, as chief financial officer, effective Monday, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing.
English will succeed Clayton Hatch, who will assume the newly created dual roles of head of business operations and head of investor relations, the filing added.
