　　2025 年服务收入达 128.9 亿美元，用户数增长 5.6% 至 3.072 亿

　　受核心市场宏观经济环境改善及强劲运营执行推动，南非电信运营商MTN 集团全年盈利与自由现金流均实现增长。

　　这家总部位于南非的电信集团表示，按报告口径：

• 2025 年服务收入增长 23%，至 2185 亿南非兰特（128.9 亿美元）
• 数据收入增长 38%，至 1015 亿南非兰特

　　剔除一次性项目的息税折旧摊销前利润（EBITDA）按报告口径增长 64%，利润率提升 11.5 个百分点。

　　集团总用户数增长 5.6%，至3.072 亿；自由现金流大增 345.5%，至 269 亿南非兰特。

　　MTN 宣布末期股息为每股 500 南非分，高于上年的 345 南非分。

　　展望未来，公司周一重申其中期业绩指引。但同时表示，当前宏观经济状况及中东、乌克兰冲突等全球地缘政治局势，可能影响 MTN 的经营环境与业绩预期。

　　MTN 表示，计划每年将自由现金流中40%–60% 的股权比例用于股东回报，包括分红与股票回购。
