智通财经APP获悉，3月13日，中国证监会国际合作司发布《关于浙江翼菲智能科技股份有限公司境外发行上市及境内未上市股份“全流通”备案通知书》。翼菲科技拟发行不超过4471.89万股境外上市普通股并在香港联合交易所上市。该公司38名股东拟将所持合计220,353,968股境内未上市股份转为境外上市股份，并在香港联合交易所上市流通。
招股书显示，翼菲智能是中国一家工业机器人企业，专注于工业机器人的设计、研发、制造及商业化，并提供机器人综合解决方案，深耕轻工业应用场景。凭借自主研发的机器人本体、控制及视觉系统和制造工艺，公司已建立全覆盖技术生态体系，实现规模化智能决策、环境感知、精确操控及自主移动。
根据弗若斯特沙利文报告，按2024年收入计，公司是中国专注于轻工业应用场景的工业机器人及相关机器人解决方案供应商中排名第五的国内企业。根据同一资料来源，公司亦是中国少数具备规模化工业机器人及相关解决方案覆盖能力的机器人企业之一。
